2. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes. This does not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Payment is processed securely at checkout via [Shopify Payments / credit card / Apple Pay].
• We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice. Orders already confirmed will not be affected.

4. Orders & Availability

• An order confirmation email does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.
• If an order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

• We ship from Hong Kong to selected destinations worldwide.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
• Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or force majeure events.
• Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within [14 / 30] days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Sale items and personalised items are final sale.

8. Limitation of Liability
