Local Delivery (Hong Kong)

Shipping Cost

• Free standard shipping on all orders above HKD200.
• For orders below HKD200, a flat fee of HKD30 will be charged.
• All local orders are delivered by SF Express.

Estimated Shipping Time

• All orders (excluding customised products) will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Customised products will be shipped within 10–15 business days.
• No delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Transit times are estimates and do not include customs clearance delays.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.

Lost / Damaged Parcel

If your parcel is damaged or lost, please contact us at hello@noexpert.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
